Aligned with the recommendations of the International Taskforce on Child Protection, we hold ourselves to a high standard of effective recruiting practices with specific attention to child protection.

Smart Vision School is committed to the safeguarding of our students and as such, adheres to a strict policy on Safeguarding, encompassing the full recruitment process and continual monitoring of the staff we provide.

We have an in-house Compliance Team to constantly monitor and assess the suitability of the permanent and temporary workers we provide.

Please be advised that our onboarding procedures and policies mandate provision of Police Clearance or Criminal Record check from all countries worked for previous five years.

Additionally, all staff will be required to read our Child Protection Policies and sign an disclaimer as to their criminal record, accuracy of employment information provided and suitability to work with young children.
