Arabic

Embracing UAE's national language

Students enjoy an Arabic language programme that is strictly aligned with the Ministry of Education (MOE) standards and the UAE National Agenda. Arabic (A) is designed for native speakers, focusing on deep linguistic foundation, including grammar (Nahw), classical and modern literature and eloquent creative writing. Arabic (B) provides non-native speakers with essential communication skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) to interact confidently in a local context.

Both pathways emphasise critical thinking and textual analysis as essential tools for academic excellence and cultural fluency.

Islamic Studies

Exploring cultural heritage

Learners foster a moderate and comprehensive understanding of faith through the Islamic Studies curriculum, following the Ministry’s National Document.

Islamic Studies (A) is conducted in Arabic, while Islamic Studies (B) is taught in English for non-Arabic speakers. Both programmes delve deeply into the Holy Quran and its interpretation (Tafseer), Islamic values and ethics, worship (Ibadat), the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Islamic rulings.

Students build a strong religious identity balanced with the values of tolerance and civic responsibility.

Social Studies

Understanding the United Arab Emirates

Through Social Studies students explore the UAE’s national identity and heritage through the MOE framework. They study the history of the Emirates, the legacy of the founding fathers, and the country’s geographic and political landscape.

The curriculum fosters national pride and helps learners understand their role in the nation’s ongoing development. By examining the UAE's strategic role globally, students develop a sense of belonging and an appreciation for the country's social and economic achievements.
