Admissions Open Day - 16 August
At Smart Vision School, our uniform helps students feel proud, confident and part of the school community. It supports a strong sense of belonging while encouraging smart, modest and practical dress for learning, play and everyday school life.
Our uniform helps students feel a strong sense of belonging and pride. Designed for comfort and practicality, it supports active enquiry-based learning and is well suited to the local climate and context, while reflecting the high standards we share as a school.
Styling
Students are expected to wear their Smart Vision School uniform neatly and correctly each day. Hoodies, caps and other non-uniform items should be kept for home.
Shoes
Black shoes should be worn with the school uniform, while white trainers are for PE kit only.
Accessories
For outdoor play, students should wear their SVS sports cap. The appropriate SVS bag and navy hair accessories should also be used where needed.
PE kit
Students should wear their PE kit on PE days only. For swimming lessons, a navy one-piece swimsuit and an SVS navy swim cap are required.
Jewellery
Students may wear a watch and one pair of simple stud earrings in the lobe. Any other visible piercings should be removed for school.
Make-up
To help everyone look smart and school-ready, make-up and nail polish should not be worn on regular school days.
Students wear age-appropriate uniforms appropriate for active learning and physical activity.
Early Years Foundation Stage
All children wear navy trousers or shorts with a blu polo shirt featuring the SVS logo. A branded navy jumper or fleece can be worn as an extra layer. On PE days, they wear a navy polo shirt with the SVS logo, paired with pull-up shorts or trousers. FS students should also bring an SVS book bag and backpack.
Primary & Secondary - Girls
Girls wear a navy skort with a striped shirt or an SVS striped dress, or navy skort or trousers with a flat-collar striped blouse featuring the SVS logo. A navy jumper or fleece with the school logo can be worn as an extra layer. On PE days, students wear the navy PE shirt with PE shorts or trousers.
Primary & Secondary - Boys
Boys wear navy trousers or shorts with a blue and white striped shirt featuring the SVS logo. A navy jumper or fleece with the school logo can be worn as an extra layer. On PE days, students wear the navy PE shirt with PE shorts or trousers.
Swimming kit
For swimming lessons, students should wear navy one-piece swimwear with a compulsory SVS swim cap.
Uniforms may be pre-ordered and purchased directly through our uniform supplier prior to the start of school.
